February 6,2012

Hey family,
This week was pretty great. We had an amazing conference with president Collins I sure do enjoy learning and being with the leadership of the mission. It sure is something really amazing to experience in life. We learned a lot this meeting about teaching true and pure doctrine "with out the fluff". It was good to learn about that, because often times we get carried away with all of the other stuff of the gospel and not focus on the basics and the fundamentals of the gospel. It has helped Elder Judkins and myself with our teaching, we have been really focusing on the gospel and the basics of it and it is truly helping our investigators out a lot. We had a pretty great week even tho there wasn't too much that went on, we were able to teach a couple of lessons and was able to have 3 investigators at church. It has been great. We had dinner with a family that was raised in Idaho Falls and went to skyline and I asked them if they knew the Walton's and they did and were really good friends with McKenzie and all them. It was pretty funny, its such a small world,  their dad is the owner of reeds dairy and has bought tractors from Ben. Its been super nice here this week, its been in the mid 50's all week and has been super nice.I love having the warmer weather and not having to deal with the elements. Of course its cold today, because we are giving up the car to the other elders. Nothing else has been too exciting. We are finally going with President Collins, he is coming for my district meeting and will be teaching with us as well this week. I am really looking forward to it.  All in all it should be a great week. I hope that you all have a great week!
Love you all!
Jared
